These terms are effective as of the date shown above and apply to all orders and services provided by Twinkle Tide. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with changes becoming effective upon posting to our website.

Twinkle Tide specializes in creating beautiful, handcrafted resin-based flower preservation keepsakes. Our services include:

- Memorial flower preservation
- Baby memory keepsakes
- Custom flower arrangements
- Dried flower preservation
Important Note About Handcrafted Items
As each piece is handcrafted with care, slight variations in color, texture, and appearance may occur. These variations are part of the unique, artistic nature of handcrafted resin art and do not constitute defects.
Orders & Payments
Order Confirmation: All orders are confirmed only after full payment is received or an approved deposit is paid. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled.
Payment Processing: We use secure payment gateways (Stripe/PayPal) to process all payments. Your payment information is encrypted and secure.
Pricing: All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the price you will pay.
Deposits: For custom orders or large projects, we may require a deposit. The remaining balance is due before shipping.
Customer Responsibilities
Flower Condition: Customers are responsible for ensuring flowers are sent to us in good condition. While we handle flowers with care, we cannot guarantee preservation results if flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or in poor condition.
Transit Damage: Twinkle Tide is not liable for any damage that occurs during transit to our facility. We recommend using appropriate packaging and choosing reliable shipping methods.
Artistic Discretion: Our artists may use artistic discretion in the preservation process to achieve the best possible result. This may include slight adjustments to flower positioning or resin color to enhance the final piece.
Accurate Information: Customers must provide accurate shipping addresses, contact information, and special requests. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Address: Products will be shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of order. Please ensure this address is correct and complete.
Shipping Costs: All shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and package weight.
Delivery Timeline: While we provide estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Package Tracking: We provide tracking information for all shipments. Customers are responsible for monitoring their package and being available for delivery.
International Shipping: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation Policy: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellation is not possible as we begin the preservation process.
No Cancellation During Preservation: Once the preservation process has begun, orders cannot be cancelled. This is because the flowers are being processed and cannot be returned to their original state.
Refund Policy: Refunds are only provided if Twinkle Tide is unable to complete your order due to circumstances within our control. This does not include customer-initiated cancellations after the 24-hour period.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
Product images & Marketing
Marketing and Portfolio Use
Twinkle Tide may use photographs of completed flower preservation products on our website, social media channels, and marketing materials to showcase our work and help other customers understand our services.
Privacy Protection: All product photos are carefully edited to ensure no personal details are visible:
- Personal information is blurred or removed
- Names and addresses are completely obscured
- Only the artistic quality of our work is displayed
Opt-Out Option: If you prefer that your preserved flowers not be featured in our portfolio or marketing materials, please email us at info@twinkletide.com.au to request removal. We will respect your privacy preferences.
Intellectual Property
Website Content: All content on the Twinkle Tide website, including text, images, designs, and layouts, is the property of Twinkle Tide and is protected by copyright laws.
No Reproduction: Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without explicit written permission from Twinkle Tide.
Product Designs: While customers own their preserved flower pieces, the artistic techniques, resin formulations, and design methods remain the intellectual property of Twinkle Tide.
Social Media: When sharing photos of your preserved flowers on social media, we appreciate credit to @TwinkleTide, but this is not required.
Liability
Resin Variations: Resin preservation results may vary due to the natural properties of flowers and resin materials. We cannot guarantee exact color matching or complete preservation of all flower characteristics.
Limited Liability: Twinkle Tide's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service. We are not responsible for:- Misuse of preserved products
- Allergic reactions to resin materials
- Damage occurring after delivery
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of sentimental value
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, or supplier issues.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
