Yes, you can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before your scheduled date. The deposit is refundable if cancelled within this timeframe. After 48 hours, the deposit is non-refundable.

The complete process takes 5-8 weeks total. This includes 2-4 weeks for careful drying of your flowers, followed by 3-4 weeks for the resin preservation process. We'll keep you updated throughout each stage.

Yes, you can include all the flowers you want, as long as they fit the chosen design and mould size. If anything doesn’t fit, we’ll discuss the best option with you.

No, unfortunately we can’t preserve the bouquet exactly as it is. To dry flowers properly we need to separate the flowers and leaves. If you like, we can re-arrange them in a front-view style similar to your bouquet.
